How goods leave here, and what you are responsible for once they do.
Shipments move on established international carriers by parcel, air freight or ocean freight, according to weight, cube and how fast you need them. Every shipment travels with tracking end to end.
Commercial invoice and packing list accompany every shipment, with a declared value. Documents a destination requires beyond those, such as a certificate of origin, are quoted per shipment.
We deliver to the freight forwarder you nominate anywhere in the United States, or ship on your own carrier account. Once your forwarder or carrier receipts the goods, they are in your hands.
Held stock ships within one to two business days of cleared payment. Goods sourced to order ship on the lead time quoted with the price, confirmed before you pay.
Multiple orders can be held and combined into a single shipment. Tell us before you order, so weight and cube are planned rather than discovered at booking.
Note visible damage on the bill of lading or carrier record at delivery, photograph it, and tell us within five business days. We will help pursue the carrier claim. We cannot pursue one that was never noted at delivery.
