Talk to us first, get a number, and keep the packaging.
Every return needs a Return Merchandise Authorization number, issued by us before the goods move. A return arriving without an RMA number cannot be matched to an order and will not be accepted.
Request an RMA within ten (10) business days of receipt. Goods must be returned complete and unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
Returns of correctly supplied goods carry a restocking charge, quoted with the RMA. Return freight on a correctly supplied order is the buyer's cost.
If we shipped the wrong item, a short count, or goods that do not match the quotation, we pay the return freight and either replace or refund. No restocking charge applies.
Goods sourced to order against your specification, opened software or licensed goods, and lots sold as-is by description cannot be returned. The condition of an as-is lot is described before you commit.
